New business applications can be submitted by email or through our website; renewals are auto-generated; and electronic delivery expedites the receipt of policies.

Claims Handling

Risk Services provides licensed adjusters to handle all claims internally. Services provided also include cost containment such as: bill review, utilization review, nurse case management, and vocational rehabilitation, along with vendor management to provide timely and cost-effective resolutions.

Marketing

LCTA understands that this is a relationship business. Our experienced marketing staff is where the strong, longstanding relationships with our agency network begins. Our agents know that if they need help and don’t know where to start, our marketing team is there to work with them until the issue is resolved.

Loss Control

We provide expedient, beneficial loss control services to all policyholders insured by LCTA, in addition to providing training courses such as defensive driver and forklift training to both our policyholders and other clients. We believe that loss mitigation is the key to a safer workplace, which translates to decreased premiums for the employer.

Accounting

From preparing and filing all financial information for our insurance companies to collecting and processing all payments for our policyholders, our accounting department covers it all.

Payroll Audit

The majority of payroll audits are done by our ‘in-house’ auditors. Another example of how LCTA values our relationships by dealing directly with our policyholders.

Regulatory Compliance

Risk Services provides direction and oversight to our insurance carriers for all compliance related issues and serves as the liaison with the state insurance departments.

Information Technology

Risk Services provides the expertise to integrate with carrier management systems and provide IT support as a third party administrator including reporting to regulatory bodies such as state departments of insurance, CMS, and NCCI for all clients.
